How verification works
Submit documents. We review them. You earn badges. Badges determine your tier. Tiers unlock features.
Apply for badges
Choose which badges to apply for from your supplier dashboard. Each badge has specific document requirements. Your account must be at least 1 day old.
Upload documents and fill questionnaire
Each badge has a tailored questionnaire — business name, registration numbers, supporting documents. Accepted in English or Hindi. Certified translations for other languages.
AI pre-screen, then manual review
Applications first go through an AI review for completeness and consistency. AI-approved applications proceed to manual review by our verification team. Rejected applications include a reason and can be resubmitted after 24 hours.
Badge awarded, tier updated
Once approved, the badge appears on your profile immediately. Your verification tier is recalculated automatically. New features unlock instantly.

Each badge verifies a specific aspect of your business. Collect badges to reach higher tiers.
Tier 1 — Core verification (Company)
Legal Entity Verified
Business registration documents confirming legal existence.
Valid for 2 years
Domain Verified
Automated verification that you own your business domain.
Valid for 1 year
Tax ID Verified
Tax identification number confirmed with issuing authority.
Valid for 1 year
Authorized Signer
Government ID of the person authorized to represent the business.
Valid for 2 years
All 4 badges required for Company Tier 1. Freelancers only need an ID badge.
Tier 2 — Enhanced trust (any one unlocks Tier 2)
Corporate Documents
Annual reports, articles of incorporation, board resolutions.
Factory Verified
Physical manufacturing facility confirmed via documentation or inspection.
Trade History
Documented export/import history or major client references.
Certifications (ISO/GMP)
Quality management certifications verified against issuing bodies.
Beneficial Owner (UBO)
Ultimate beneficial ownership disclosed and verified.
Tier 3 — Premium trust
Onsite Audit
Physical inspection of facilities by our audit team or approved third-party auditor.
Brand Authorized
Official authorization from brand owners to distribute or manufacture under their brand.
Tier 3 requires Tier 2 + onsite audit badge.

Rejected applications include a reason. You can reapply after 24 hours with updated documents.
Badge validity and rules
Each badge has its own validity period (1–3 years depending on type). Badges must be renewed before expiration to maintain your tier.
If a badge expires or is revoked, your tier is automatically recalculated. Features locked behind the lost tier become unavailable until you re-verify.
We may conduct random audits to ensure ongoing compliance. Failure to cooperate with an audit may result in badge revocation.
Badge applications are limited to 1 per badge per 24 hours to prevent spam submissions.
