Identity verification

Based on document verification — government IDs, business registrations, financial records, and quality certifications. Each tier unlocks more platform features.
Seller performance
Proves "this supplier delivers."
Based on real transactions — order completion, buyer ratings, on-time delivery, and dispute rates. Cannot be purchased. Reflects real performance only.
Verification tiers
Progressive. Each tier unlocks more capabilities. Complete each before accessing the next.
Unverified
Browse and search. Limited to 3 messages per day. Cannot create listings, respond to RFQs, or transact.
Basic verified
Identity confirmed. 50 messages/day, RFQ responses, and listing creation. Companies need legal entity, domain, tax ID, and authorized signer. Freelancers need ID badge only.
Enhanced trust
Business deeply verified. Unlimited listings, high-value RFQ access (up to $100k), 200 messages/day, 2x search ranking boost.
Premium trust
Highest level. Government RFQ eligibility, enterprise features, unlimited everything, 5x search ranking boost.
Seller score (0–100)
Based on actual transaction history. Displayed on profiles. Used in search ranking. Cannot be purchased.

We rank by relevance and performance. Not verification level. Not ad spend.
Relevance — keyword match, category fit, location. Highest weight.
Performance — seller score, reviews, order history.
Verification — threshold check only. Meets minimum tier for the query.
